Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 09, 2025
Welcome to Invokr. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that is essential for providing and improving our Service. This includes:
a. Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you connect your Slack workspace, we receive information from Slack, including your name, email address, and Slack workspace details.
- Billing Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Paddle) will collect and store your billing details. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
b. Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our website and Service, such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve our product.
c. Job Execution Logs
When you or your team members run a command (a "job") through the Invokr service, we collect and store the logs associated with that execution. This data is critical for providing you with an audit trail and for debugging purposes.
This log data includes:
- The command that was executed.
- The user who initiated the command.
- The timestamp of the execution.
- The output or result of the command.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Invokr Service.
- To process transactions and manage your subscription.
- To provide you with an audit log of all actions performed.
- To respond to your support requests and questions.
- To communicate with you about product updates, announcements, and other service-related news.
3. Data Security and Retention
a. Security
We take the security of your data very seriously. All job execution logs are stored encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
b. Retention
We retain job execution logs for a period of six (6) months from the date of execution. After this period, the logs are permanently deleted from our systems. This retention period allows you sufficient time to review past activity for audit or debugging purposes.
4. Your Data Rights and Choices
We believe in giving you control over your data. In line with data protection laws like the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You can view your job execution logs at any time through the Invokr user interface.
- Right to Erasure (Deletion): You have the right to delete your job execution logs. This can be done directly from the Invokr UI at any time before the end of the 6-month retention period.
- Right to Rectification: You can update your account information through your Slack profile.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our application, such as our hosting provider and payment processor. We have vetted these services to ensure they have strong privacy and security practices.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and, where appropriate, through other communication channels.
